Cong. Says Behab
There a some congregations that have the custom to say the additional selichos for Behab. The "Cong. Says Behab" setting allows you to choose whether you would like the selichos for Behab to show in your TOC or not.
You can access this setting by tapping the gear button on your screen or by selecting Menu > Siddur Settings. Note: Depending on your device and/or app version, this menu may look a little different. When turned on, your TOC will look like this (on one of the Behab days):  
When turned off, you will NOT see the selichos in your TOC:
