Public Misheberach Amt
The "Public Misheberach Amt" setting allows you to adjust how many names from the public misheberach list will show in Refaeinu.
You can access this setting by tapping the gear button on your screen or by selecting Menu > Siddur Settings. Note: Depending on your device and/or app version, this menu may look a little different. For example, if it is set to 5, your page will look like this:  
To change the number, tap the number and a keyboard will pop up. Type in the desired amount, and your page will now look like this:
