Navigation Arrows
The "Navigation Arrows" setting allows you to select whether you would like the "Next" and "Previous" buttons on the right or left side of your screen. Depending on whether you are right-handed or left-handed, you may prefer these buttons on the side that is most comfortable for you.
You can access this setting by tapping the gear button on your screen or by selecting Menu > Siddur Settings. Note: Depending on your device and/or app version, this menu may look a little different. 
If you would like them on the right side, select "Right, and your page will look like this:  
If you would like them on the left side, select "Left" and your page will look like this:
