TOC Show Subsections
The "TOC Show Subsections" setting allows you to choose if you would like to see the subsections in your Table of Contents or not.
You can access this setting by tapping the gear button on your screen or by selecting Menu > Siddur Settings. Note: Depending on your device and/or app version, this menu may look a little different. When turned on, your TOC will look like this:  
When turned off, your TOC will look like this:
