How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately there is no way for us to directly refund a purchase processed by iTunes or Google Wallet, but there are two other options available:

1) Contact Apple (or Google). Apple is known to respond fairly quickly, and are very liberal with their refunds. Below are instructions for contacting Apple:

• Go to
• Click on iTunes Store icon (the little green shopping bag icon)
• Select "Purchases, Billing & Redemption
• Select the topic is not listed - enter a topic - click enter - click continue
• Click on the email option if it shows it to you
• Fill out the form and hit continue
