The Content Shown setting allows you to select what you would like displayed in the Vilna page's popover window. The options include Hebrew with Punctuation, Translation, Footnotes, Rashi, Tosafos and much more! We encourage you to experiment with these settings to customize your learning experience.
You can access this setting by tapping the gear button on the top right of your screen or by selecting Menu > Settings. Note: Depending on your device and/or app version, this menu may look a little different.
Tap "Content Shown" to see the full menu of options, and then select what you would and would not like shown:
For example: If you would like the popover to display any footnotes corresponding to the selected phrase, turn "Schottenstein Notes" on, and your popover will look like this:
If you would like the popover to include any Rashi associated with the selected phrase, turn "Rashi" on, and your popover will look like this:
Again, you are encouraged to play around with these settings!
